Shipping Policy
Preparation and Delivery Times
All orders require 1 to 2 business days for preparation. During this time, your order is processed, carefully packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 4 to 9 business days, depending on the destination and the courier’s workload.
Holiday Season Delays
Please note that during Christmas and other high-demand periods, delivery times may be longer than usual due to carrier overload.
These delays are outside our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
Business Days
All preparation and delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the package is returned, lost, or destroyed by the carrier, the customer must pay 50% of the total order value to have the product resent.
Incorrectly addressed shipments cannot be recovered and must be remade and shipped again from our warehouse.
